Radiant Skies is my practice.

It runs on one belief: a business runs on the accuracy of its financial story.

That is not theory to me. Instead, it is what 15+ years inside growing companies taught me.

In Controller and senior finance roles, I answered directly to the owner for the accounting, the tax, and the reporting.

Additionally, I answered for the decisions that rested on all of it: what to fund, when to hire, and whether the next move was affordable.

Built the systems a company runs on: I framed the accounting infrastructure a growing business depends on. When it no longer reflected reality, I rebuilt it.
Put job-costing in place: So an owner could see, for the first time, which work earned money and which quietly drained it.
Turned a division around: I brought a struggling division back to profit, and built the forecasts and cash-flow discipline that growth depends on.
Worked the banking and capital side: I arranged financing, managed covenants, and funded the next stage of growth. As a result, the capital was there when the business needed it.

This hands-on leadership spans energy, real estate, construction, manufacturing, industrial machinery and equipment, and professional services.

The result held each time. Once the owner could trust the numbers, they could decide with conviction instead of hope.

My standard is one thing, stated plainly: your numbers should be correct enough, and clear enough, to make real decisions on.

Correct, not just reconciled. Books can match your bank to the penny and still mislead you if transactions sit in the wrong accounts.

Tax handled, not just filed. Filed on time is not the same as handled well. Instead, tax is a complete, defensible position shaped through the year, not a form rushed to a deadline.

A steady routine. Reporting that reflects what is actually happening, and obligations met without drama. Above all, the work runs steadily through the year instead of piling up for a year-end.
